J. Todd Siena (LinkedIn) is a Founding Partner of Avia-Tek, a leading consultancy specialized in helping aerospace and aviation companies navigate rapidly changing, emerging markets such as China. Mr. Siena is based out of the head office in Shanghai. His firm has successfully completed engagements with aircraft manufacturers, service providers, tier-1 suppliers, and other aviation-related companies for projects ranging from market assessment to strategic sourcing to developing complete market entry strategies.

Mr. Siena, an Asian-born American, has spent over 15 years living in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Studies and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was awarded the John D. Stedman Award for Entrepreneurship and a fellowship with the Ewing Marrion Kauffman Foundation.

Mr. Siena's expertise lies in his ability to bring together people and resources to successfully complete aerospace projects within a multi-cultural environment.

Recently starting his training for a private pilot license, he was featured in AOPA China discussing the need for FBO's and general aviation infrastructure in China. He has also spoken to leaders of the global aviation industry on China's aviation industry at the widely respected SpeedNews Aerospace Suppliers Conference held annually in Beverly Hills, California.

Mr. Devoisselle, French, has spent his career working in aerospace and aviation industry following its passion. He speaks fluent English and French and is operational in Chinese Mandarin. Holding a Mechanical Engineering Master from Supmeca and a post-graduate diploma in Strategy and International Business from ESSEC.

Mr. Devoisselle's expertise lies in his ability to understanding of technical problems and its business and strategic mindset.
