J. Todd Siena, Founding Partner

J. Todd Siena is a Founding Partner of Avia-Tek, a leading consultancy specialized in enabling aerospace and aviation companies navigate rapidly changing and emerging markets such as China. Mr. Siena is based out of the head office in Shanghai. His firm has successfully completed engagements with aircraft manufacturers, service providers, Tier-1 suppliers, and other aviation-related companies for projects ranging from market assessment to strategic sourcing to developing complete market entry strategies. Mr. Siena, an Asian-born American, has spent over 15 years living in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Studies and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was awarded the John D. Stedman Award for Entrepreneurship and a fellowship with the Ewing Marrion Kauffman Foundation. Mr. Siena's expertise lies in his ability to bring together people and resources to successfully complete aerospace projects within a multi-cultural environment. Recently starting his training for the private pilot certificate, he was featured in AOPA China discussing the need for FBO's and general aviation infrastructure in China.
